Casa Vicens official opening
Casa Vicens Carrer de les Carolines 20, 08012 Barcelona

After 130 years as a private home, the first house that architect Antoni Gaudí ever designed is open to the public. The project begun in 2015 and was made possible by MoraBanc, who purchased the property in 2014 and have spent €4.5 million refurbishing, restoring and creating the living museum and cultural space. The building has undergone meticulous restoration based on exhaustive historical research and archival sources. It will ensure limited capacity and impose control over entry during peak hours for a personal visit to learn more about the architect’s work and creative trajectory.
