The Christmas Market of Caldes de Montbui features a hundred stalls and wooden huts selling artisanal foods and crafts around the Font del Lleó square. It's there in the center of the square where you'll discover the main event—the largest cauldron in Catalunya will be installed to cook up huge batches of soup. With a whopping capacity of 1,600 liters, the town's thermal waters will be used to make bone bone broth, pardina lentils the traditional caldo i carn d’olla de Nadal (Christmas soup with bone broth and meats) that you can eat right there on the spot (or bring your own container if you want to take some home). The fair also offers workshops, children's activities and traditional dance performances,
