They are extremely reliable. Like life insurance. The Scottish band Biffy Clyro never disappoints, whether in close quarters or long-distance performances. Energetic, passionate, rock-solid, and always effective, Simon Neil and brothers James and Ben Johnston have been launching projectiles of electrifying rock from Kilmarnock, Scotland, for thirty years.
They have headlined festivals such as Reading, Glastonbury and Corona Capital. They are surely the only group capable of uniting fans of Pixies, Fugazi, Soundgarden, Foo Fighters, Nirvana and Drive Like Jehu, since MTV hailed them as one of the best emerging European bands in 2007, and their eleven albums released to date—the latest, Futique, from 2025, was recorded at the legendary Hansa studios in Berlin and was #1 in the UK from the moment of its release—are the most conclusive proof.
