Beethoven's 9th Symphony

In celebration of its 20th anniversary the Orquestra Simfònica Segle XXI will perform Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 in D minor, Op. 125 with the Coral Càrmina, the Orfeó Gracienc and under the baton of maestro Jordi Mora.
Composed from 1822 to 1824, it was the final complete symphony that Beethoven composed. When it premiered in Vienna on May 7, 1824 it was a resounding success, receiving five standing ovations.
Tickets are €30 for general admission and €20 for students.
