Barcelona Memòria Fotográfica is the first immersive experience about the city of Barcelona through the gaze of six of the best photographers in the country. An unprecedented vision of the city in the 1950s and 1960s through digital art with spectacular photographs by Francesc Català-Roca, Oriol Maspons, Leopoldo Pomés, Joana Biarnés, Xavier Miserachs and Colita.

Inside of Barcelona Memòria Fotogràfica you will find a darkroom just as they were in the 50s-60s, a photomaton that uses artificial intelligence, the production Six Views projected onto the immersive room, where the images come to life and, finally, a trip to the past: Barcelona Through Time, a piece of virtual reality in 360º and stereoscopic, filmed during the lockdown days.

The virtual reality experience allows visitors to walk inside the best photographs of the six most important photographers of the time, getting to know the places that inspired these masters of photography, locations such as the Port of Barcelona, Les Rambles, Montjuïc and the rooftop of La Pedrera. It is a trip from the past to the present and from the present to the past, thanks to the fusion between the original and the current photographs of the city.
