L'Auditori Lepant 150, 08013 Barcelona

This three-day festival, with Russian pianist Alexei Volodin performing and Andrew Grams conducting, celebrates the most popular American symphonic music composed by 20th-century American composers, George Gershwin and Leonard Bernstein. The musical weekend will feature pieces that have placed these two composers up there with some of the greatest of all time. A selection of pieces, including ‘Rhapsody in Blue’, ‘I Got Rhythm’ and ‘An American in Paris’ by Gershwin, and On The Town and West Side Story by Bernstein, form the programme for the festival.
