The two most prestigious, international figurative art competitions, ARC Salon and Figurativas 2017, bring all the latest work from some of the world’s best artists to Barcelona. The first competition is organised in North America by the Art Renewal Center, which, after 15 years of existence, has become a world leader in the promotion of contemporary artists. The latter is organised in Europe by Fundació de les Arts i els Artistes. The winning pieces of both competitions will be exhibited at the MEAM, as well as 180 specially selected pieces from more than 80 countries. Meet the artists at the awards ceremony and exhibition inauguration at 6pm.
