Mecánica vital represents a synthesis of the music Gil has been composing over the last few years. His journey is inspired by a process of self-knowledge achieved through the sounds of the guitar and the exploration of a personal language. Mecànica Vital offers another way of looking at the world. Arnau Gil defines the concept of the album as: “The curiosity of the child we all still are. It generates the need for us to move ourselves, and this movement leads us from honesty to sublimation.”
