The essence of true flamenco fusion comes to the oldest tablao in Barcelona. Singer-songwriter and cantaora Anna Colomchose "cayana"—a Latin American term meaning “melting pot”—as the title for her project, in which Colom blends the shared roots of the popular music of the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America with flamenco.

For the Mas i Mas Festival she presents Cayana in tablao format, oriented more towards dance and traditional flamenco, but without giving up one iota of the initial spirit of the project.
