Ana Lua Caiano joins tradition with innovation. The artist explores musical fusion, through the combination of Portuguese tradition with electronics, with sounds from the past united with synthesizers, beat-machines and field recordings. Her music brings the traditional Portuguese heritage to the modern world.
Considered as “Most Promising New Artist” with her two EPs Cheguei Tarde a Ontem and Se dançar é só depois, presented live on several national and international stages, Ana Lua Caiano is now on tour with her long-awaited debut album Vou ficar neste quadrado, after being in some of the most important showcase festivals, including WOMEX (2022), BIME Bilbao, MIL Lisbon, FIRA B!, MUM, Live Europe and Les Trans Musicales. This year, Ana was nominated for "Music Moves Europe Awards" and played at Eurosonic 24, with many more national and international shows to be announced soon.
