Maryland quartet All Time Low (Alex Gaskarth, Jack Barakat, Rian Dawson and Zack Merrick), known for its distinctive sound and fiercely loyal fan base, announced the release of its tenth studio album Everyone's Talking!, which came out in October through the band’s own label, Basement Noise Records, in collaboration with Photo Finish Records/Virgin Music Group.
Following the release of the album’s first single, “Suckerpunch,” which they performed for more than 25,000 fans at Warped Tour in Washington, D.C., the band released a new track, “The Weather.” The song was a pop-rock blast that paid homage to the Ramones and, according to Gaskarth, explored “a cynical but playful concept” about encountering a former close friend or ex and, instead of revisiting difficult shared moments, engaging in superficial small talk about trivial things.
The band, which has sold more than 3.5 million albums in the United States and amassed over five billion streams worldwide, also released the official music video for “The Weather,” a visual counterpart that reflected the tension between what is spoken and what is genuinely felt.
