Australian hard rock titans Airbourne return with renewed force with their new single "Gutsy," their first release in six years. Following their appearance at Rock Imperium, the band continues celebrating the release with a European tour that includes three dates in Spain.
"Gutsy" is more than a single. It is a statement of intent that captures Airbourne at full throttle, combative and unapologetic, ready to dominate stages worldwide. Fueled by their signature blood, sweat and rock’n’roll attitude, frontman Joel O'Keeffe leads the charge alongside drummer Ryan O'Keeffe, bassist Justin Street and guitarist Brett Tyrrell, marking a powerful new chapter for the band.
Reflecting on the track’s message, Joel O’Keeffe explains that when everything is against you, when everything you value is at stake, there are only two choices: surrender or fight. Airbourne, he says, have chosen to fight.
Produced by Brian Howes and mixed by Zakk Cervini, with engineering by the legendary Mike Fraser, "Gutsy" is a sonic time bomb that reconnects with the band’s rawest and most explosive essence. From its opening chord, the song signals the triumphant return of a group that has never lost its hunger for rock.
