"A Real Pain" at Sala Montjuïc

Two mismatched cousins reunite for a tour of Poland to honor their beloved grandmother, but their old tensions resurface against the backdrop of their family history. Film will be screened in English with Spanish subtitles.

The evening opens at 20:45 with live music from 4 CAPS, a band formed by various Barcelona-based musicians brought together by their love for Jamaican culture. Recreating the Caribbean island’s sounds from the mid 1960s and early 1970s, their repertoire ranges from early reggae and rocksteady to soul and even funk.

A film in the 2025 edition of Sala Montjuïc. Doors open at 20:15, music begins at 20:45 and screenings begin at 22:00.
