Frank and Paul from AnCruibin in Cork will prepare the meal this evening at Santa Restaurant, showcasing Irish ingredients and dishes. The menu includes oysters with chupito of Beamish, O'Mahoneys rare Irish steak, braised shoulder of Tipperary lamb and Irish knicker-bocker glory.
There will also be a magic show and performance from a theatre group.
