Calling all photographers! Yes, you. The one with the camera in your hand. Whether you're a serious pro or an enthusiastic amateur, we need your Barcelona photos on the theme of FESTIVALS for our Photo Collage to be published in the November 2012 issue of Metropolitan magazine.
There are all sorts of festivals happening throughout the year here, so really, this is one of the easiest themes we've done so far. From traditional Catalan events to La Mercè, from film festival to music festivals to the festival of the sky, you are really not lacking for inspiration, so we're hoping for a fantastic range of photos in this time.
We will only accept digital images—they have to be in high resolution (300 dpi) and you need to own the copyright on any photos that you submit. A maximum of five photos per person please and include the date, place and a two-sentence description of what each image shows. They have to be sent in to editorial@barcelona-metropolitan.com, with subject line 'Collage', to arrive with us by 2pm on October17th, 2012.
By sending them in, you give us permission to publish them in the November 2012 issue of Metropolitan and in any relevant section or feature of our website, www.barcelona-metropolitan.com. If we would like to use your image for any other Metropolitan material or project, we will contact you directly to seek your permission.
There is no cash or other prize if your photo is selected—just the sheer joy of sharing your photos with the rest of us.
