About

Suzanne Wales is from Melbourne, Australia and has been in Barcelona since 1992. Her first piece for 'Metropolitan' ran in September 1996, and was about—of all things—the correfoc (she wrote another article on the local custom for the June 2009 issue in light of new EU laws on fireworks). She makes her living writing, and her work appears in a wide variety of places, including 'Wallpaper*', 'Frame', 'Vogue' and “lots” of travel guides.
