Led by world-class cocktail mixer José María Gotarda, a Barcelona native, the Ideal Cocktail Bar has been around since 1931, founded by Gotarda's grandfather Antonio. While the atmosphere retains an historical feel, the menu of drinks on offer has not stayed still: with more than 89 malt whiskies and 40 types of gin, alongside other spirits, clients can enjoy a wide range of well-known and special cocktail creations
