Swedish Fit is a complete sport developed in collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists and osteopaths. Each session is structured in several sequences to stimulate the cardiovascular system as well as the muscles and joints, preserving the physical integrity of every participant. The sessions also include balance exercises, recommended to maintain and strengthen co-ordination of the body and mind. The sequences are linked to use maximum energy without getting exhausted: warm-up movements are followed by cardio exercises, muscle strengthening, active recovery, and finally stretching.
