Fulla d'Ostra is a gourmet bistro with an intimate and cosy atmosphere located close to the Mercat de Galvany in Sant Gervasi.
Gastronomy: The Chilean chef Marcelo Gonzalez combines a passion for good Mediterranean food with his affection for his Andean roots and uses only fresh ingredients in his creative menu. Highlights include the Fulla d'Ostra Cocktail with Bloody Mary jelly, smoked oysters and oyster leaf; Bluefin Rapa Nui, a tribute to Chilean Polynesia with tuna marinated in orange juice, coconut milk and spices; the Chilote Risotto, made with Arborio rice, clams, mussels and prawns seasoned with merquen (smoked chillies and coriander seeds), and traditional Chilean ceviche made with fresh fish from the market.
Atmosphere: With room for just 18 guests, this charming bistro is intimate and romantic. The lovely interior was designed by Lazaro Rosa Violan. Fulla d'Ostra is also available for private hire, with the possibility of customising the menu with the chef.
