In the same shipWinner of the main WPC prize and the first prize in the Editorial Cartoon category is this image 'In the same ship' by Mexican illustrator Rogelio Naranjo, which appeared in the Mexican newspaper 'Universal' in September last year. This is the first time that World Press Cartoon has been shown in Catalunya
The World Press Cartoon exhibition comes to Catalunya for the first time, bringing with it 400 of the best newspaper and magazine cartoons published last year. Prizes have been awarded in categories including caricature, editorial and humour. A great chance to see some good-natured criticism of the social and political world news from 2008.
