Italian pop icon Tiziano Ferro first appeared on the big stage in 1997 at Sanremo Music Festival, where he didn't even make it past the first week of selections. Just one year later he made it to the top 12 and got his foot in the door of the music industry. His debut album Rosso Relativo was released in both Italian and Castilian, becoming a hit and riding the top 10 for seven months in Italy.
He won the 2009 Wind Music Award for the album Alla mia età and was nominated for Best Artist at the 2005 MTV Latin Music Awards and for Best Male Artist at the Latin Grammy Awards.
He comes to Barcelona to celebrate the release of his new disc A mi edad.
