Ensconced in the heart of El Raval (in an old warehouse), the restaurant Imprevist is best known for its creative fusion cooking. For four nights this August, however, chef Margarita Puig will be offering quintessential Spanish cuisine as part of the restaurant's 'Tapas & Flamenco' evenings.
The menu will include:
Salmojero with Iberian ham
Sardines and Andaluz pisto
Marinated salmon with sesame vinaigrette
Cod fish carpaccio with olives and tomatoes
Cheeses (specially prepared)
Before dinner guests will be entertained by a Flamenco show (headed by celebrated flamenco singer El Jerezano). The event will be held on the evenings of 8th, 14th, 22nd and 29th of August and will cost €30 (both tapas and flamenco included).
Concert starts at 20:30 and dinner is served at 21:45.
