Back for another year is the popular Kitty O'Shea's pub all-day street party to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Taking place in the pedestrianised area of Numancia above the Diagonal, the fun kicks off at 11am with activities for children including a story-telling workshop featuring Celtic legends and mythology, face painting and temporary tattoos. During the day, Irish Coffees will be served and the entertainment includes traditional dancers Delorgan, who will also hold a special dance workshop, with music provided by the ceili group Nights around the table. In the evening, the party moves into Kitty's (located just next to Numancia) with live music and a screening of the Six Nations match between ireland and Scotland.
