An elegant evening of fundraising for Canadian NGO Journalists for Human Rights, featuring DJs, pica pica and a raffle.
The ticket price (€23 if booked in advance, €27 on the door) includes entrance to the café, two free drinks, pica pica and a candy table and a variety of entertainment, including the Ghanian Reggae Band and DJs Cinta DJ and Mauricio Vargas. Don't forget your glad rags because the dress code for the evening is elegant.
Journalists for Human Rights runs various projects around the world with the aim of spreading awareness about human rights through the media. Much of their work is done in Africa, training journalists and raising people's awareness of human rights through radio, newspapers, television and internet.
