Eighties' giants Simple Minds come to Barcelona with their new album Graffiti Soul, 30 years since they released their first disc Life in a Day.Having sold over 30 million albums since then, their potential playlist is long and varied, but here's hoping for at least a few of the classics: 'Alive and Kicking', 'Don't You (Forget About Me)' and 'Promised You a Miracle'.
Joining them for this mini retro extravaganza are Shakespear's Sister: British singer Siobahn Fahey originally created Sister as a solo project after leaving girl group in 1988 Bananarama. She was joined for a time by US musician Marcella Detroit, but after several years not producing anything new, Fahey is now performing as Shakespear's Sister alone again.
