Just as your Primavera hangover is starting to fade, they are back with Primavera club. Three days, four venues and 39 bands, it is set to be an unforgettable weekend. The line-up includes everything from folk to techno, so you're bound to find something pleasing to your ear drums. As with previous years, the bands are sure to become big names in the coming months.
So, how do you chose from the extensive line-up? One group in particular to look out for is Algiers. Combining influences from soul, gospel, punk and rock, they have created angry but soulful protest music, seeped in years of history and politics. For something a bit more local, head along to Heather. This four-pieces' mixture of grungy shoegaze and pop coated punk rock is absorbing. Or maybe you prefer a bit of doom metal. If so, check out Catalan band Barbarian Swords, taking to the stage on Friday night.
The line-up is impressive to say the least, and with full weekend tickets priced at a mere €25 (day tickets €15), it's hard to find fault with this event.
