US punk rock group Rancid make a return trip to Barcelona, 16 years after their last performance in the Catalan capital.
The Nineties were a great time for the band, part of a resurgence in popularity for punk, and their 1995 album ...And Out Came The Wolves sold over a million copies in their home country. Their most recent release was in 2009 (Let the Dominoes fall), but new works are expected out later this year. They are on a world tour as part of their 20th anniversary celebrations.
Here in Barcelona, they will be supported by Klasse Kriminale, G.A.S. Drummers and Ultimo Asalto. Tickets cost €26 in advance (plus admin fee) from Ticketmaster or €31 on the door.
