Paolo Fresu plays in Barcelona in November
Italian trumpet and flugelhorn player, Paolo Fresu, is in Barcelona to play in this year's Voll-Damm International Jazz Festival.
Paolo Fresu is a versatile performer who moves deftly from Jazz to Cuban, Africana to Baroque influenced sounds. Sought out as a studio musician, his live concerts are an exciting mix of the influences that make this skilled musician a great performer.
If you missed Fresu's performance last month at Luz de Gaz, you won't want to miss out on his upcoming performances on November 11th and 12th.
On the 11th, he will be performing with Quartetto Alborada at L'Auditori, part of el ciclo de Clàssics, one of his most personal performances combining both classical and contemporary music as well as music composed by Fresu himself.
On the 12th, Paolo has been chosen as headliner at the Monvínic Experience, a rare opportunity to listen to great music while enjoying some of the finest locally produced wine.
