Huelva-born but based in Barcelona for the past seven years, Manuel Carrasco started his musical career at when aged only 11, when he was given a guitar; just two years later, he gave his first public performance in the Teatro Gran Via of his home town. He hit stardom following his appearance on the Spanish reality talent programme Operación Triunfo, and returns to the Palau de la Música Catalana for the second time this year.
