At Makamaka Beach Burger Cafe this Saturday, one of Europe’s fastest t-shirts printing and promotional clothing company, Garment Printing, will attempt to break a Guinness World Records for “The most T-shirts put on in one minute”, which will be hosted by comedian Neg Dupree. Everyone is invited! All funds raised will be donated to the charity Doctors Without Borders. For more information and to learn about the challenge rules, click here.
Garment Printing will supply all the printed t-shirts - as well as attempting the challenge - and Makamaka will be serving their usual selection of funky cocktails and burgers (as well as a special cocktail for the day dedicated to raising funds for Doctors Without Borders).
The current record stands at 31 t-shirts in 1 minute. The Challenge Rules state you must use commercially available t-shirts, and these can be any combination of short and long-sleeved styles, and differing sizes. You may have a friend help you pull down the t-shirts as you put them on. Only t-shirts, which are fully on you, when one minute has elapsed, may be counted to your final score. T-shirts must be put on one at a time.
