Spanish ballerina and choreographer Sol Picó and three other artists offer a unique look at the Romanesque art at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya through a musical dance interpretation.
The show consists of a guided tour through the classical works combined with a series of musical accompaniments (Adele Madau on violín, Mariona Sagarra singing, with Verónica Cendoya and Sol Picó dancing). The works of art on display originate from the 10th to the 12th century, with a focus on churches from the Pyrenees. A show which combines art, dance, voice and music to demonstrate the passion of this unique collection of Romanesque works.
Performances take place on March 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st, starting at 7.30pm. Tickets cost €8 although a specially designed Romansque dinner at the Oleum restaurant can be purchased for an extra €30.
