Now in its third edition, this unique dining event once again merges the two disciplines of contemporary art and gastronomy by creating menus that complement the work, experiences and culinary tastes of an artist. This year, the German artist behind the exhibition Emboscada, Stefanie Herr, will be the host, while La Cocina Palpita’s chefs Mathieu Porcher and Jorge González interpret her work in the form of six tasting dishes. Each dish corresponds to different aspects of Herr’s work, such as her emotions, materials used, Autumnal-inspired themes and the 3-D effects of her sculptures, making for an interesting experience for both food and art lovers.
