Irene Bou, a young artist of 25, exhibits her colourful paintings which captures the insecurities of man in society; the anguishes, fears and miseries of daily life and its events.
In this exhibition, she shows man in his primitive state. He is lost in the world and is stripped of his identity as his features appear deformed and his skin ripped off. The portraits confront man's natural unhappy condition of solitude, ambiguity and despair in a series of darker García Lorca-esque type art.
The inauguration is on the 9th of September at 8pm.
