Principal Art presents the first exhibition in Barcelona by the photographer Kino Acosta with his lasts works selection. The show includes 17 large format photos that takes us to different places of the world like Prague, Panama, Venice and Galicia these are some scenes which have inspired his creations.
The work of Kino Acosta is based in open space, natural landscapes or architectural structures that in some cases intermingle. His work brings us closer to their immediate environment, to the reality around us to focus on the detail with precision and subtlety. In some pictures as "Venice" he realizes an original composition study through digital photography, he presets the image as a mosaic made of different shots of the same plane. As a result we see a scene that redirects our gaze towards all corners analyzing each texture, shade and shape.
Kino Acosta was born in Madrid in 1974 but all his life he has spent between Spain, New York and Miami, the cities where he realized his studies as a photographer. He left his job as a commercial pilot to dedicate himself only to photography and since then he has been exhibiting in several galleries and collaborating with many editions in Spain, Mexico and the United States specialized in design, interior design, decoration, architecture and art.
