The artist who contributed to the growth of culture-jamming in the early Nineties, returned to the fore of the artistic world with his oversized portrait of Barack Obama, which covered two and a half acres and used over 650 tons of sand and gravel in Barcelona in 2008 in a project entitled Expectation. This followed his Identity Series which consisted of gigantic charcoal paintings of unknown models which covered entire buildings in a celebration of the anonymous individual. In his latest exhibition in Galería N2, explores the idea of individual identity and the importance of superseding the global influence of all-encompassing corporations and brands.
