One of only 279 wine masters in the world, having earned her wine master degree at the university of Burdeos three years ago, Briton Jane Masters offers a rare and intimate knowledge of the beverage. She will be holding a tasting course at Monvinic (Diputación 249, tel. 93 272 6187, www.monvinic.com) that includes wines such as Coteaux du Languedoc 2005, Faugères Cuvée Jadis 2005 and many more.
