Just for Funk will host a special night of blues at the Harlem Jazz Club this week, sharing their unique sound that combines soul, funk and acid jazz. The members come from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba and Italy, among other countries, and each individual brings something different to the ensemble, fusing together a diverse range of different jazz styles, that incorporate rhythms and sounds from across the globe. Their mission is to make people fall in love with jazz, to get people dancing and have a great time. The lead vocals are provided by Yasmin Quintana Armendariz and she will be accompanied by Yannick Olivar and Norberto Farina, among others, on the guitar and saxophone.
The performance will start at 10:30pm and ends after midnight. Tickets cost €8 and can be purchased via the Harlem Jazz Club website.
