Taking place this 1st and 2nd of July is the 9th edition of the Visual Brazil Festival in Barcelona, a music and electronic images celebration with the aim of spreading South American audiovisual creations and providing a platform where different cultures can meet in the Catalan capital.

In addition, this year, Visual Brazil will be taking a look at the artistic production in Barcelona, focusing especially on the work of South Americans living in the city whilst generating contact points, thus enriching and diversifying the local art work.
It will be hosted by the cultural institution Punt Multimedia and feature videoart, video installations, audiovisual performances and creations of new medias, which encourage a culture of free creation and new collaborative formats.
Recognised international artists such as Reactable Global Sound, Filastine DJ Session and Boris Chimp 504 Makes contact with Mr. Gasparov will be participating in the event, in addition to some local talent including Visual Royal and SANTAUB, and finally artists from Brazil with VJ Suau, Zilch, VJ Noi Abreu and VJ Vigas.
