Spanish singer Falete continues this year's celebration of flamenco in Barcelona at the De Cajón! Flamenco Festival, accompanied on stage by dancer Sergio González and pianist Alejandro Cruz, and nothing else apart from the passion of her music.
Falete became popular in 2004 when she was just 26, becoming the new star of the Spanish flamenco scene, with accolades such as "the new queen of copla" being poured upon her. Influences include Caracol, Lola and and Bambino, and she now finds herself similarly lauded on the other side of the Atlantic, in Argentina, where she regularly performs.
