DocsBarcelona is a documentary film festival that projects a range of movies from around the world and closer to home. Categories include 'Panorama' dealing with the high-quality stuff, while 'Catalan day' focuses in on recent locally-made productions including The Forgiveness about a paranoid schizophrenic who killed his father with a crossbow. Also showing will be Sins of my father about the Colombian drug king, Pablo Escobar, fresh from its screening at this year's Sundance Festival in the US.
