Drawing on a wealth of experience containing five Michelin Star restaurants, London-born chef Ross Gibbens invites food lovers to share a weekend of unique dining experiences, as he cooks for guests in order to share his passion for creative dishes and quality ingredients. As the first pop-up gastro experience in the area to take place in a wine cellar, Gibbens excites guests with a carefully-selected assortment of fines wines from the host-venue, Clos Pons in Lleida, which complement the infusion of British flavours and select Catalan products within his tasting menu. He proclaims that this event will be his first time cooking in Spain and he seeks to surprise guests with his choice of ingredients and extra touches, making for an interesting gastronomy event.
