Echa PakáThe Cuban music band Echa Paká hits the Harlem Jazz Club on both the 6th and 20th of June, at 11.30pm each time. Entrance fee is €7.50. If you like the atmosphere and want to attend a concert in between, come around for Olga Roman & the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, giving a jazz fusion concert at Harlem Jazz Club on June 11th at 11.30pm for an €8 cover charge.
Take in the smooth sounds of jazz, opt for some rhythmic reggae, or find something in between; there’s a sound and a scene for everybody. Several of the concerts will donate all proceeds to charity, including the blues group Joan Vinyals & Delta Power Trio, whose profits from their June 8th concert at Harlem Jazz Club will benefit Amnesty International. The flamenco fusion band Marujita will play for the Plataforma Prou at Sala Apolo on June 15th.
