Tap dancing merges with the rhythms of Africa in Life is Rhythm, the acclaimed show from Catalunya´s Camut Band. No matter if you speak not a word of Catalan, this is all about dance. The only difficulty you're likely to encounter is not being able to sit still.

Six performers play with rhythm, dance and sound using African percussion instruments and the noise of those tap shoes. The sand dance is also resurrected, a style that died out at the end of the nineteenth century and mixes the sound of the sand with the Nigerian instrument, the udu. 40% of the show is improvised each night which, considering these boys have toured the world, should go a long way to keeping it fresh.
