A slightly strange story told through the photography of Basque photojournalist Bego Antón. This tale comes from the south of England, where a small group of unapologetically passionate men live surrounded by moths and butterflies, dedicating their lives to the study and preservation of these insects of the lepidoptera order.
In the new gallery space Espailamaga, Antón's photographs are shown amidst arrangements of flowers and plants, designed and conceptualised by floral artist Chabeli Rodríguez. A special symbiosis is achieved between these telling images and the intimate and delicate installation of nature transposed.
Entrance is free. NB, the gallery is open only 10am - 2pm during August.
