Bruc Brothers is a theatre company that promotes language learning through original musical plays written in different languages. Its shows are the result of bringing together music and language learning, using theatre to introduce kids into the world of new languages and knowledge.
They are currently presenting two plays that will be performed at Antic Teatre on Saturday, June 2nd. Els llobatons (The wolf cubs) is an original play aimed at children aged between three and six. It explains the story of a group of wolf cubs who decide to go and play at the woods at night; the adventure begins when they get lost and have to find their way back home. The wolves come from different countries and speak Catalan, English, French and Italian.
The second show, The cat, the rat and the motorcycle, is the story of a cat from Brighton and a rat from Barcelona who decide to travel and end up meeting between their two countries. For children aged between five and 12. Click here to see The cat, the rat and the motorcycle video.
The company is made up of Christophe Sainsot Tintou, musician, actor and pedagogue; Matthieu Duret, musician, singer and actor; and Silvia Dotti, musician and actress.
Els llobatons takes place at 11.30am and The cat, the rat and the motorcycle at 1pm.
