Born in Madrid in 1954, Fernando Bellver's work across the decades has gained him the respect and admiration of scores of art lovers, both in Spain and internationally. In 2008, his achievements were recognised with the awarding of the National Prize for Graphic Art. He returns to Barcelona after a 10-year absence, to present a collection of work spanning more than 30 years of his career, from photography to drawing to painting, sculpture and more. Of the 75 pieces on show, valued between €400 and €15,000, the highlights include five large acrylic paintings on wood, inspired by a visit to Tokyo in 2009.
