Organised with the German Consulate in Barcelona and the Goethe Institut, this three-day event dedicated to all things German is part of a wider series of activities taking place across Spain.
With outdoor cinema, dance performances, live music, children's events, debates and food tastings, Alemania en Barcelona is an excellent way to get to know Germany without actually going there. Taking place in Passeig Lluís Companys, the Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, you'll find stalls, marquees and other specially erected premises all dedicated to the northern European country.
Anyone looking for work ideas will find representatives from a variety of German companies and institutions working in industries including technology, environment and R&D. Discussions will be held regarding relationships between Spain and Germany, while the cultural programme includes classic German cinema, children's theatre and a light installation accompanied by a collage of sounds.
