'The Phonokinetoscope', a still from an installation (2002)
A través del bosque (Through the Forest), at MACBA this spring, amasses the past 20 years of the interdisciplinary work of Canadian artist, Rodney Graham. Graham, most famed for his videos and films, may also delight with the 2-D and sculpture included in the exhibition. Regardless of form, Graham's work is as visual as it is cerebral, dealing with issues of repetition, perception, psychology, contemporary art and art history.
MACBA claims first host to this exhibition, which will travel to Basel in May and close in Hamburg next January. Please note: Part of this exhibition will be hosted by the Picasso Museum
