Barcelona's popular second-hand market, Els Encants Vells, is slated for a renovation. The work will be completed by September 2013 and involves moving the main market to carrers de Castillejos, Casp and l'avinguda Meridiana, with a large, covered area being constructed as a centerpiece to the new location (read story here)
