Inflation has risen to 3.5% this September, with a higher IVA adding to increased prices (read story here). 'La Vanguardia.com will retransmit live from the CaixaForum in Madrid a conference given by Charles F. Bolden Jr., the current administrator of NASA. The transmission begins at noon today.
